Silent Lightning

Storm, stars and sunset. Three words that don't normally appear in a description for a photo. This single lightning cell was nearly completely silent, but produced spectacular cloud to cloud lightning as it moved across Warnbro Sound.

After 4 months of no rain, we were treated to an amazing display of mother nature's power! I got completely drenched minutes after this photo was taken, and ended up doing to 10 minute walk to the car fearing for my life!!
